Shipping limits: We ship anywhere in the continental United States and Canada.

Customer guarantee: We guarantee our prints and artwork as to quality and representation, on this site and in our "virtual" gallery as well! However, we must stress that the color and contrast represented on your individual home or business computer monitor may vary from the finished product. This is a technological reality that everyone shares, and we want you to be aware of potential variations that may occur. Always follow proper framing practices with purchased work...separate prints from glass via matting, use acid free materials in framing, and hang work out of direct sunlight. Your satisfaction is important to us.

We provide a 30 day money back warranty with all work, but original and limited edition artwork (i.e. paintings, serigraphs, pencils, etc.) must be in their original condition if returned for a full refund. We cannot be responsible for damage to work while in your possession. Original artwork that has been damaged in your possession, and is returned within 30 days of shipment, will be assessed a "restoration fee" prior to any possible refund amount (any possible restoration fee will be subtracted from the original amount).

Return policy: *You may return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. When you return an item, follow the instructions on the packing slip, and most importantly, please indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.

If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement. *Original Artwork returned within 30 days must be in "Original Condition" to qualify for a full refund as outlined above. Original Artwork which is damaged in your possession must be assessed "restoration costs" before any refund amount can be determined. "Limited Edition" prints damaged in your possession are not eligible for refunds.
